Automatic Side-Lifting LED Tubes Flexo Plate Exposure Machine

The 5080LED exposure machine has a power of 8 kW and a voltage of 380 volts and it has 52 pieces Led tubes(Each Led Tube has 288 pieces LED bead and the Led tube has a power input voltage of 220 volts, an output power of 100 watts, a length of 1515 mm, a UVA wavelength of 365 nm, and UVA energy of 20 J/cm or 40 J/cm.). Dual energy output ensures optimal light intensity for both front and back exposure of the printing plate, while a two-level energy compensation system ensures stable and uniform output energy over extended periods.                        

A unique convex lens and energy control system prevent severe coating caused by high LED energy. 

A combined direct and cross-flow cooling design effectively transfers LED heat, resulting in more even energy distribution.

An independent table cooling system ensures that the cured pattern remains consistent regardless of seasonal changes. 

Gas springs and safety edge protection enhance user safety.
