The Automatic Side-Lifting LED Tubes Flexo Plate Exposure Machine features an aluminum exposure platform equipped with an automatic water-cooling system and wind cooling with a side-lifting structure. Designed for large-format flexographic plate processing, the BW-5080 handles plates up to 2030 × 1270mm (80" × 50"), making it ideal for corrugated carton, flexible packaging, and pre-print applications.
The machine is equipped with 52 pieces of LED tubes, each containing 288 LED beads (100W output, UVA 365nm wavelength, 1515mm length), delivering 20 J/cm² or 40 J/cm² UVA energy with dual energy output for optimal front and back exposure. A two-level energy compensation system ensures stable and uniform output energy over extended periods of operation.
Compared to conventional lamp-type exposure machines, the BW-5080 eliminates lamp replacement costs with over 20,000-hour LED lifespan, reduces energy consumption by up to 70%, and produces no ozone emissions — making it a safer, more cost-effective choice for high-volume flexo plate production.
