Designed for high-volume packaging plate making, the BW-5280 scanning UV curing unit adopts self-developed touch control logic to stabilize UV output across all plate sizes, covering both digital and traditional flexographic printing materials.
Fitted with dense high-power LED bead groups, it maintains consistent light uniformity throughout the whole exposure area, eliminating uneven curing defects on extra-large 52×80 inch sheet stock.
Dual-sided auto exposure, editable scanning speed modes and built-in temperature monitoring reduce manual operation, making it a reliable continuous-production solution for label, carton and bag printing factories using all thicknesses of our flexo raw plates.
Unlike traditional whole-area exposure, the scan-type LED system moves a high-density LED array across the plate — delivering more uniform energy distribution with lower power consumption. With independent calibration for each scan pass and real-time temperature management, every plate receives consistent, repeatable exposure quality. The modular LED design ensures long service life and easy maintenance, while intelligent programming eliminates the need for highly skilled operators.
