The BW Series Solvent Recycle Machine is designed for the flexo plate making and flexographic printing industry.
From the machine instructions (refer to the user manual supplied with the unit), the BW operates by heating waste solvent via heat transfer oil in a vacuum-assisted distillation environment, condensing the vapor back into clean reusable solvent, and discharging the concentrated residue from the bottom port.

1. Standard Package — BW series recycling machine host (vacuum pump and heat transfer oil included in some packages; please confirm before order).
2. Setup & Parameter Setting — Connect the power line. Take tetrachloroethylene (PERC) as an example: set the timer to 3h30m, and adjust the temperature controller to 180–210°C. (This parameter must be adjusted according to the solvent type and supplier data.)
3. Operation Procedure — Turn on all switches on the control panel. Wait until the pressure of (19) reaches above -0.06 MPa. Open valve (6) to suck the waste liquid into the recycling machine. Close valve (6) when the waste liquid level (8) reaches the top of the sight glass.
4. Discharge Waste Residue — Note: after about 30 minutes of each recycling cycle, open the side door of the rack (17). There is a 2-inch waste discharge port at the bottom. Open the largest valve to drain the waste before starting the next recycling batch.
