The Large Format Flexo CTP Machine is used to engrave digital flexographic printing plates and dry laser films. Available in two models — BW5080F-II (2.8 m²/h) and BW5080F-III (4.2 m²/h) — it features a 2032×1270mm (80×50 inch) maximum imaging area with 2400dpi/4800dpi resolution, supporting plate thicknesses from 0.11mm to 6.35mm.

Equipped with automatic focusing technology, constant-pressure vacuum suction, flatness scanning, and online minification adjustment (97%–100%), the machine ensures consistent, high-quality imaging results. A linear motor scanning system with marble platform guarantees long-term precision, while the gigabit Ethernet interface allows the editing computer to be placed over 100 meters away for flexible workshop layout.

Automatic Constant Pressure Adsorption System
For plates of different sizes, ensures the absorbent pressure and adsorption effect are almost the same, so the plate can be adsorbed perfectly.

Online Minification Adjustment
Reduces designer workload — put all the minification for different printing machines into the Flexo CTP and realize the function directly. Minification adjustable for 97%–100%.

Automatic Focusing Technology
For plates of different thickness (0.11–6.35mm), after loading onto the drum, focus adjusts automatically by clicking "Automatic Focusing" to guarantee exposure quality. Workshop temperature range: 18℃–30℃.

Flatness Scanning
High-precision laser scanning verifies plate flatness to ensure center focus in actual clear imaging. Uneven adsorption is immediately reported, reminding the user to re-load and reduce unnecessary loss.

Automatic Dedusting
