The Bowin Large Format Flexo CTP (CDI) directly images digital flexo plates and dry laser films with precision thermal laser technology. Available in two models — BW6048F-II (2.6 m²/h) and BW6048F-III (4.0 m²/h) — it features a 1524×1270mm (60×50 inch) maximum imaging area with 2400dpi/4800dpi resolution, supporting plate thicknesses from 0.11mm to 6.35mm.

Key features include auto-focus (0.11–6.35mm), constant-pressure vacuum suction, flatness scanning, and online scaling (97%–100%). A linear motor marble-platform drive ensures long-term accuracy, backed by a 7-inch touch screen and gigabit Ethernet. Built for label, flexible packaging, and corrugated printing worldwide.

Technical Superiority

Automatic Constant Pressure Adsorption System
For the plates of different sizes, ensure the absorbent pressure and adsorption effect are almost the same, thus the plate can be adsorbed perfectly.

Online Minification Adjustment
Reduce the workload of Designer, put all the minification for different printing machines into the Flexo CTP, and realize the function of minification on Flexo CTP. The minification can be adjustable for 97–100%.

Automatic Focusing Technology
For the plates of different thickness 0.11-6.35mm, after the plate is loaded onto the drum, the focus can be adjusted automatically by click "Automatic Focusing" whatever the plate thickness is, which can ensure the plate will be exposed at proper focus to guarantee the expose quality. The temperature of the workshop for Flexo CTP is more flexible and the machine can work well when the temperature is 18℃–30℃.

Flatness Scanning
Plate stick to the drum, flatness laser scanning of the high-precision to verify the plate flatness, to ensure the center focus of the plate in the actual & clear imaging. If uneven adsorption, the error will be immediately reported. It reminds the user to re-load the plate and reduce the unnecessary loss.
