The light processing unit uses imported UVA lamps with a UVC hybrid light source. After completing the de-adhesion process, it automatically switches to post-exposure, saving time spent transporting the plate to the exposure machine after de-adhesion, effectively protecting the lifespan of the main exposure machine's light source, and eliminating the risk of plate damage during transport. The de-adhesion and post-exposure lamp heads and electrical components are isolated from the lamp tubes. All lamp holders, wires, and electrical components are outside the lamps, and each lamp tube has sealed sleeves at both ends. This prevents light treatment and ozone from corroding electrical components. All lamp tubes are independent, whereas traditional machines fix all tubes to a single bracket. If the bracket or lamp tube holder is loose, or if any lamp tube is of different length, it will lead to poor lamp tube contact, causing unstable light source and affecting plate-making quality. However, our technology, a world-first, ensures that each lamp tube is independently fixed. Even if future lamp tubes are of different lengths or the bracket is loose, it will not cause poor lamp tube contact. This equipment is safe to use, with long lifespan of electrical components and lamp tubes, and stable quality. Future lamp tube replacement or maintenance is convenient and quick. A powerful ozone removal device is installed to prevent ozone corrosion of the equipment and its impact on plate-making quality. The FlexDry plate-drying unit has four FlexDry (drying) cabinets with uniform airflow from temperature differential pumps throughout. All heating elements are equipped with temperature control devices to ensure a temperature difference of ±≤3℃ throughout the oven, preventing uneven temperature from affecting the accuracy of plate registration. Automatic constant-temperature air inlet and powerful exhaust systems are installed to ensure uniform airflow and temperature and to promptly remove ozone, accelerating the drying process.
