BW series integrated post-processing unit targets solvent washed flexo plates, merging three separate production steps into one workstation. Operators no longer need to transfer semi-finished plates between independent drying, detack and secondary exposure machines, effectively reducing surface scratches and labor handling costs.
We rolled out four standardized sizes to match different plate making widths, covering small label factories and large corrugated packaging manufacturers. The integrated UV light system and closed constant temperature oven deliver stable finished plate quality for solvent photopolymer platemaking lines.
Traditional separated platemaking equipment takes extra workshop space and requires more staff to move plates back and forth. Our all-in-one finishing station solves these production pain points fundamentally. Every set of BW series equipment undergoes full aging testing before delivery. The split lamp design simplifies later maintenance without stopping the whole production line, while enclosed circulation heating avoids uneven plate hardness caused by temperature fluctuation.
