The Bowin Flexo Plate Washing Machine is designed for cleaning printed flexographic printing plates, supporting all types of ink with an environmentally friendly cleaning process. Built with a stainless steel casing for durability and a high-grade finish, the machine features an automatic conveyor belt system that brings plates into the full cleaning process automatically after printing operations are complete.
The machine provides a two-stage cleaning process: the first stage is liquid cleaning, and the second stage is rinsing with water. The unique combination of a specially manufactured soft brush and special cleaning solution ensures efficient and gentle plate cleaning. After hot air drying, the plate is 100% clean and dry, ready for immediate reuse — the entire process takes only a few minutes.
