The BW Series Anilox Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine is an economical and practical cleaning equipment designed for safe and effective cleaning of anilox rolls. Featuring a suspension type design with switchable single and multiple frequencies, it delivers stable 40 KHz single-frequency operation with strong penetration, as well as multi-frequency capability to remove stubborn dirt with low frequency followed by high-precision cleaning.

Built with a full waterproof stainless steel shell for durability and safety, the machine is equipped with a heating and constant temperature system, all-swivel casters for mobility, and customizable cleanser sizes to meet different production needs. The cleaning liquid can be prepared with tap water and a small amount of special solvent, while the high-power cleaning effect produces fine cavitation visible to the naked eye.
